我是個國三男生身高166體重90我想在畢業前變瘦但是每天都要上課到9點然後回家洗澡讀書我晚餐都在外面隨便賣且禮拜六要上整天禮拜日還要上半天的課沒有太多時間運動有人可以建議我一些飲食的方式或著可以在家裡就做的瘦身運動嗎?拜託謝謝
