最近身體有點越來越笨重的感覺肚子也漸漸大了起來想說該讓身體磨練磨鍊了請問在家有沒有什麼好的運動最好是什麼運動要做幾次因為想說要做長期的什麼瑜珈那些不要太難都可以時間大概早上6點到7點和晚上10點半到11點半就適合這時段的運動另外我家住公寓不能太吵~~"...Showmore
