請問各位因為早上要上班晚上要上課每天都是早9出門晚10回家的生活然後聽別人說鍛鍊完要吃東西補充蛋白質跟碳水化合物但是不是說睡前盡量不要吃東西好?(因為練完都大概12點了就要準備洗澡睡覺了)不然睡覺時器官都還在工作對身體不好那這樣要怎麼解決比較好?因為除了假日平日只有這時間可以練�
