我是一個很容易給自己壓力的人....常常會覺得胃痛...或是心裡悶悶的...不知道該怎麼發洩出來會比較好....說真的我覺得自己有時候野蠻固執的....或是愛鑽牛角尖...一個問題想不出來結果或是沒有解決際會一質不停的傷腦筋...一直覺得很煩..一緊張就會胃痛....或是不自覺的聳肩....真的不舒服...全身都會
