因為我很胖所以要多運動但今天醫生說~連運動都會胖而受到更大力量所導致受傷可是我還是打算繼續運動我只是想問大家~這樣持續運動就會有肌肉了吧有肌肉後因該就不怕肌肉受傷了吧因為現在的我還不確定最近主要的運動有騎腳踏車和亂玩一些舞蹈吧...Showmore
