我想問的是...我早上如果要運動的話阿(一小時左右的有氧運動)要先吃早餐休息1小時在運動還是先運動在休息1小時在吃早餐阿我的疑問就是早上都還沒吃東西就做一小時的有氧運動會不會對身體不好阿...Showmore
