我是夜校高一生身高169體重84我超重了><大小腿和肚子都有肥肉我想要快速減肥但是平常早上要上班晚上要上課所以運動的時間可以說少之又少假日偶爾會去打籃球3小時左右但是好像沒明顯的瘦下來早上有吃(常吃鍋貼)午餐不是喝湯就是吃半碗的飯可是晚上就好餓好想吃東西因為晚上放學都很晚了晚
