我個人每天早上固定統X無糖高纖豆漿一瓶配包子OR蛋餅中餐就是團膳,蔬菜攝取之少半個大的鐵碗(直徑15深度4)飯1/3-1/4,湯2碗(幼稚園小朋友用的那種碗)水量攝取2000-2400晚餐通常都是吃便當(配菜都是蔬菜)配開水從3/6-3/3/9均未排便然後開始逼自己去蹲廁所每次都15-20分鐘3/10顆粒狀3/11顆粒狀伴隨細小條狀3
