有關於重訓跟跑步的一些問題 - 健身

最近想藉由重訓跟跑步來減肥因為是在學校健身房的關係所以開放時間只有晚上5:30-8:30這時間剛好會卡到晚餐時間所以想知道如果想在這段時間運動那晚餐該甚麼時候吃比較好或是乾脆不吃呢第二個問題是如果要跑步要在重訓前跑還是重訓後呢跑步的話是3公里左右請各位幫我解答問題了感謝
