如標題,請問像大腿發達的女生都比較難靠運動瘦下來嗎?我身高167但體重有道65,感覺好胖,像大腿、小腿、腰部、臀部這種下半身比較胖的有辦法及效率去改善嗎??朋友室友說要持之以恆要靠飲食、排泄、運動、案婆;鬆弛..等等方法去同步執行想想就頭暈老花了之前他還有跟我說過這個http://*****/qa4N1
