我22歲男生目前身高172體重57想靠著健身變壯一點,最好能胖到65公斤目前禮拜1.3.5都會去慢跑約3000公尺和健身房,有喝高蛋白,而2.4.6會去游泳目前約500公尺蛙式。我想問的有:1.我先做慢跑在重量訓練可以嗎?,因為我看其他大大都說,要先重訓在有氧,但是我重訓做完會喝高蛋白,在去跑不會覺得肚子�
