我今年已52歲女性,上班1天12小時,工作極少坐著,大部分都是走來走去或站著,須搬重平常腰常不舒服或覺得痛,每天下班就想好好休息,請問我適合做何運動?ps:1.上班08:00~20:002.我跑步全身會發癢(慢跑一樣)3.我很瘦已停經目前體重48公斤(一直胖小復)
