我是女生國二身高很矮150左右(T_T)體重40我是班上運動最好的女生學校要校慶了班上派我去跑100m200m短跑★我的狀況我國一時跑步比較順感覺比較快很輕鬆(100m秒數在15尾~14頭左右)現在覺得自己跑步越來越慢腳跨不開跑幾公尺就累了(100m竟然退步到17秒QAQ)我也不知道怎麼了就覺得跑不起來★我的問題1.腳跨不開跑不起來沒有速度感這是為什麼?是筋太硬還是鞋子的問題?2.100m怎麼加快跑步速度?希望能提升到14秒尾3.以前參加200m全程用衝的結果到最後沒力要怎麼分配速度?拜託各位大大了T_T
