想請問一下如果是女生健身但非重量訓練就是一般健身需要喝蛋白質嘛?因為我有聽人家說喝蛋白質會長肌肉不過也有人說如果不是重訓喝了能幫助肌肉修補減少痠痛!所以,我不是很清楚到底女生做一班訓練需不需要喝蛋白質!!因為我不想要壯壯的肌肉~~畢竟女生這樣好像不是很好看哈哈希望你可以幫我解
