我之前比賽跑200公尺一開始就衝太快(當100跑)快到終點時我的腳不聽使喚上半身在前面可是下半身就跟不上速度為什麼會這樣那如果我在做重訓的時候練大腿這部分的肌肉時可以改善這種情況嗎
