有人可以建議我重量訓量的方式嗎去查了知識家都覺得不太適合我我18歲目前發育似乎已停止平常有去健身房前陣子一個禮拜去三天平均一小時暑假幾乎都沒什麼時間去不過開學應該會恢復一個禮拜三天我手臂的肌肉線條不明顯可是用力就有一大塊(運動中心的啞鈴有兩種小的那種我平均是拿7或8手向前��
