我是一個165公分51公斤的女生臀圍93.5大腿圍54小腿圍33腳踝圍20以上的單位都是公分請問我要做甚麼運動才能減到像45公斤的女生一樣有纖細的下半身曲線?我是不是要把大腿圍瘦到45公分膝蓋圍瘦到30公分小腿圍瘦到31公分會比較好看呢希望有魔鬼身材的你來告訴我做瑜珈會不會有幫助呢?騎飛輪或是橢圓機
