我是女生我現在非常胖,BMI=33因為之前習慣非常不好,總是吃到吃不下為止,天天喝超過一杯飲料!吃飽了就坐下躺下,根本就懶得動.肚子,屁股,腿部都胖到不行兩年胖了20公斤了現在已經有做飲食控制一星期了,(不是節食)請問我要如何有效的瘦胸部,甚至是練一點胸肌還有受肚子,練一點腹肌還有受屁股跟腿部?
