我目前160公分65公斤肩膀比一般人還要寬我希望一周瘦一公斤或是一公斤以上(最好)希望能瘦臉小腹腰大腿屁股手臂肩膀還能增加抵抗力和記憶力要無花錢無運動無節食健康的懶人瘦身法因為本人不喜歡運動而且容易運動受傷拜託想想辦法.....!!
