斷斷續續練瑜珈大概有一年了,不過練習的不是很勤,通常是一個禮拜去上一次課,在家裡並沒有定時練習.最近對烏鴉式很有興趣,覺得自己很接近了,但是就是差那麼一點.我可以單腳離地,但是常常挪移重心的這個過程我做的太慢,所以到臨界點的時候手臂已經沒力了,或是一過臨界點就很驚慌,沒辦法支持住.�
