我是十四歲的國中女生最近因為在學校量了身高和體重看到之後我簡直是要崩潰了因為身高才:155公分體重竟然到達了:50公斤看到了自己也嚇到我聽同學講每一個年齡都有所謂的"平均值"是否可以告訴我我符合標準嗎?可以給我"平均值"的資料嗎?順便告訴我知識的點如何增加?越簡單越好!!!
