我的身高只有160~體重約52左右~彈跳高度只能剛好打板(一般正常框約黑線部位)~左右手都可以運球~跨下~交叉~背後~轉身運球也都OK~左右邊的切入也都還算順手~兩邊45度角的跳投比較穩~罰球線約有6-8成的命中率~請問~我還需要加強那部份的籃球訓練~才能更上層樓??另外~如何防守比自己高壯的對手在籃下硬�
