我大學一年級練籃球不知道來不來得及呢??身高175公分體重51公斤我是屬於吃不壯的人所以有什麼辦法能讓我變壯一點呢??還有體力呢??我有練習折返跑不知有沒有用??還有我的控球超級爛尤其是左手=="要怎麼樣才能練的球運的不會亂跑不容易被別人抄掉呢??我只希望能讓自己的籃球能打的更好請問有什
