如題重點是在家裡就可以做因為我愛打籃球但我的球隊教練說我的下盤不夠穩需再加強還有小腿的爆發力也要因為我打的是小前鋒位置需要速度因為夠壯所以常被叫去當中鋒中鋒在轉身時下盤要穩所以想要加強這兩點請大家幫忙
