如何快速減肥(國中生) - 運動

我是一個國中生目前是國2常常在網路上看到很多減肥偏方可是對我都不適用中五一定會吃營養午餐中餐的飯菜又特別油再加上家人都有煮晚餐根本不可能不吃(因為會擔心)如果想要運動又因為補習有的沒的而有所牽制可不可以提供在室內的檢肥方法呢?!另外我是國中生沒有錢可以去買減肥食品發現打廣��
