我現在是要拼大學的高三生,心中一直有個夢想能成為滑冰舞者,(不要笑我咧....就說是"夢"想了)(但是我沒有任何舞蹈底子....)但我的柔軟度在同學之中算好的,向前彎可以摸到下一層階梯。雖然如此,我仍想利用現在課餘的時間來拉筋,我現在最常做的動作是把腳從背後往上拉抬→做成珍珠形狀
