我是從寒假就開始晚睡,一直持續到現在,本來想改掉,沒想到反而更嚴重,後來越來越晚睡了,我現在都是3~4點睡睡到中下午,本來想說提早睡,卻沒辦法睡著,要一直拖到3~4點才有睡意,後來我的眼帶越來越厚了,本來笑的時候才會跑出來,現在超明顯的,害我都不改跟別人拍照,這樣我只會越陷�
