最近我都有在運動,每周4-5次的快走,大概50分鐘至60分鐘體重下降了,我同學有用機器幫我測,但我的內臟脂肪還是很高是吃的方法不對嗎?有什麼飲食跟動運是可以改善的?我不要一大堆道理,因為我都有看過了,更不要食品&吃藥物,只想尋求方法?
