我是一個健身10年左右的業餘運動員!本人非常非常業餘,練法也跟一般的教練練法不一樣!算是比較隨性的練法!人家健身一次,每個動作都是分別做個10多組,我都大概每個動作一次只練個兩組到三組,一天大概30分鐘而已,不過行之有年,效果還是不錯,至少手臂肌肉、肩膀、胸肌、腹肌都有練出�
