以前高中時每天都有慢跑心跳數是1分鐘55下最近很少在跑外加有煙癮雖然從國中開始抽不過因為有慢跑的關係所以影響應該不大吧可是最近很久沒跑了心跳數變78下要怎麼減慢心跳數呢在家裡因為我懶得出門==對了說一下我現在的基礎體力以前慢跑高雄美術館大概可以跑4圈(不是認真狀態)在升大學大概5��
