因為暑假習慣熬夜又吃消夜生活作息不正常有時吃飽就睡覺導致體重增加原本沒小腹現在肚子逐漸變圓我想知道早中晚有哪些運動是有助於瘦身瘦肚子跟長高的以及生活作息該注意事項還有飲食方面哪裡要調整本人已經20歲了但身高才160~165左右體重卻是65讓我滿困擾的希望對於瘦身有一套辦法的朋友能��
