最近的我積極的再練身體,每天固定作兩百的仰臥起坐,和30下的伏地挺身(剛起步而已啦~我知道很遜!)已經有點線條出來了,但覺得還是不太夠,所以想請健身達人建議一些簡易在家裡就可以作的動作,可以鍛鍊肌肉結實一點的,基本的就可以了,基本上我是腹部有點肉,所以我想練的部位比較強調在腹部,側腹,還
