最近練了兩個月的健身~目前進度如下:(我3天去一次)二頭:30磅一組,40磅一組,45磅一組,50磅一組,45磅一組,40磅一組,30磅一組(除了50磅的6下,45磅的8下,剩的一組都12下,加重量的時候一組中間休10分鐘,減重時中間約休1~2分鐘)三頭(就是跟身體平行的方向,手由放直舉到水平,不知道是不是叫三頭):7公斤一組,8公斤��
