昨天去給推拿師做全身推拿,被診斷出背部僵硬、駝背、身體歪斜、骨盆不正及長短腳的諸多問題,而源頭因本人近年來無重大外力撞擊,只能論斷是平常姿勢不正導致,經過調整之後,人是滿通暢地。 我也想把姿勢弄好,但真的是無從下手? 有沒有平常自我調整身體歪斜及放鬆肌肉的方法(運動)�
