因為忙碌所以平常只剩半小時到1個小時的時間訓練目前是伏力挺身50下每週+10下...然後是啞鈴3KG的100下(只有一個一手弄玩再換另一之手...不知道有沒有效)其他得究六日打籃球來訓練不知道有什麼方法....盡量不需要用到運動器材的...卸卸^^
