什麽白天曬太陽,做運動多走動的方法我都試過了晚上還是很精神,等到早上十點左右才有睡意最近晚上嘗試想入睡,可是結果總是在床上呆躺到天亮數綿羊數到三千四千也沒有半點倦意,只是覺得超無聊==然後也是到早上十點左右才想睡這種情況已經持續兩個月了有誰能幫幫我嗎?...Showmore
