我是學生,平常不太運動,體力不太好因為要讀書必須要有足夠的體力身邊很多人說他們開始運動之後體力變得很好也不容易生病我想知道要怎麼做運動能夠增強體力?(項目、時間)運動完都覺得很累,真的能夠增強體力嗎?如果我想要慢跑一個禮拜三天夠嗎?(有時候放學晚上要補習)另外,運動完可以
