我是個男生,170cm,65kg外表看起來很正常,也沒有便秘的問題!!但是..卻有惱人的小腹在知識+看了一堆類似的問題,但是每個人講的都不太一樣有的說仰臥起坐有效..有的說沒用...那到底該相信誰的-.-而且小腹比較明顯的下腹(肚臍附近)還有側邊腹部..剛好一圈真的很像游泳圈...-.-有沒有什麼樣的運動方��
