不知道為什麼...經常激烈運動之後嚴重抽筋....長跑後會抽筋...騎腳踏車騎太快也會~打完籃球後會抽筋~大概打兩到三小時吧!有什麼方法可以解決嗎??我不太想看醫生~有方法可以用飲食控制或是用什麼加強肌耐力~有氧運動?還是少量的重量訓練避免經常性的抽筋....內容詳細最好有醫學根據~親身經歷也可~�
