因為摔傷急診,醫師告訴我已患有僵直性脊椎炎多年,還問我有沒當兵,我說當時不知道有這種病,醫師還說我很愛國,痛的要死還有空開玩笑,醫師說要做瑜珈,可是我又沒學,也不知道去那學,到底要做甚麼運動,才能不痛又能不惡化呢?請幫幫忙讓我好睡些吧...tks
