小的我現在大2睡覺時間大約12點左右起床就7~9不等175CM76KG理想體重66左右不愛吃甜食基本上不吃宵夜零時飯後喜歡吃些小東西EX一個鳳梨酥這樣喝水量2000左右一天(有去健身房就差不多3000)每天會仰臥起坐1組5次20下共100下"1"暑假最後一個月為了那10KG我現在是天天晚上6點左右去健身房順序是:啞鈴5組&
