學過瑜珈,久沒練習後,筋骨是不是會比沒學過更容易僵硬? - 瑜珈

2.3年前我學過一陣子瑜珈後來停了很久一段時間當然或許也是因為工作都是靜態工作反而覺得筋骨比過去沒學瑜珈前更為僵硬且即使嘗試活動活動也難以解除最近又開始練習瑜珈發現上完課後那種僵硬的感覺還是在而且似乎更容易因此造成傷害(因為太僵硬一但過度伸展就更容易不舒服)不知道有沒有人��
