之前因為運動傷害所以在病床上躺了快三星期最近復健之後總覺得身體變得很虛以前有天天運動的習慣但是這幾天動個幾下就在一旁癱= =現在慢跑操場25圈 17:5x 50圈 37:2x==請問這樣對高二男生來說算正常嗎還是太慢= =??還有就是因為課業 工作因素我每天只能睡4個小時(
