聽說都不吃東西來減肥反而會更胖那如果每天少吃的話,之後再突然變回之前那樣也會容易復胖嗎?????但飲料還是一樣會喝(每天至少2罐ˊˋ沒辦法QQ)不運動.因為我很懶ˊˋ最近有少吃一點,的確有瘦,大概瘦了0.5~1.5KG吧?但是我怕飲食回復正常(又多一點點)後又會變回來........不過在學校的時候還真的很難�
