常抽筋該如何處理 - 健身

我是椎肩盤凸出患者,這半年內我常常抽筋,尤其是平躺時及早晨起床初平躺伸展時小腿就抽筋,一抽就是20~30分不等曾抽筋到去掛急診,請問該如何處理是好‧感謝
