大家好我最近睡眠很差以前都是半夜5點多睡覺之後都能睡到隔天下午2兩點結果最近睡覺的時候早上六點我就爬起來了之後就再也睡不著我就算把時間提早一點點大約兩點睡一樣六點就會起來我這樣等於兩天睡一天而已我這樣會不會死==要看醫生嗎我很痛苦誰可以幫幫我Q_Q
