我想請問達人有瑜珈經驗或是打坐或是其他靜心的專家您都用怎樣的方法讓自己在心境很煩燥的時候靜下心達到身心舒服的階段?是瑜珈嗎?還是用其他方法?我有時候覺得很煩燥已經到了心臟都會加快跳速的階段整個人會暴怒嚴重還會打人我的妹妹是說她看過書我有輕微的躁鬱症還是我要去看精神科醫生�
