我要打算練全身的肌肉,上半身可能練比較多60%、下半身40%。這樣可行嗎??目前身高體重:187、95左右(原本75公斤,2年期間吃胖的)想練到很壯、不是只有線條而已‧‧‧單手目前30磅雙手的配70磅訓練時間早上6:00跟晚上7:00各約30分鐘!運動後喝一杯高蛋白+巧克力奶粉=牛奶。每天都會喝超過2000cc(天生愛喝�
