每天無時無刻都感覺很煩,也都很無力,也很懶洋洋的,很想離開現在居住地方,想脫離朋友,做什麼事情都很急躁,有時會很想吐,應該是反胃,跟任何人講話也都很煩,如果遇到囉唆的人就不太想講話了,胸口都很悶,呼吸有點不暢通!我想慢下生活步調,然後讓自己不在這麼煩,誰能交我解決方法
