幾個禮拜前因為健身的關係得了橫紋肌溶解症幸好是多補充水分就沒事了這禮拜照進度下來看的話這禮拜就可以降回標準值那我想繼續健身的話因該怎麼了解自己身體的極限呢??有時候意志力還挺強悍的==
